Jadestone arrived in grand style to the GOM final table as something of a dark horse, having done the virtually unthinkable: challenge poker in its own backyard. With DiceArena multiplayer dice games, launched in late December last year, Jadestone breaks new ground in online multiplayer gambling. After more than 10 years of online poker, there is now something unique for players to get excited about.
Jadestone is a very different player in the world of gambling, due to its roots in sports entertainment games. The company has refined online-community driven game design since 2002, taking the first step into money gaming with its acclaimed GamArena skill games in 2006. Already then, the focus on user experience and attention to detail was evident in the polished interface and great games.
Players of the two available DiceArena games, Dice Hold ‘em and Shoot the Moons, will immediately notice the stylish approach. The slick Flash interface design and funky avatars draw you into a whole new and exciting take on the traditional card game. But it’s still familiar territory and poker players will quickly get up to speed in Dice Hold ‘em. The other game, Shoot the Moons, is a more casual experience, drawing a wider audience of casino and bingo fans as well. Hot on the heels of these games is the highly anticipated bluffer’s game Liar’s Dice, which will be launched later this year.
From an operator perspective, the DiceArena Network is a fully-managed game service. Jadestone develops the games, runs every part of the back-end server platform and provides multi-lingual support services. In addition to current partners Gala Coral, NordicBet and Paf, industry giant bwin has been announced and negotiations are underway with a slew of tier-one operators across Europe. Jadestone is definitely on a roll.
