The Poker Channel Launches Live Streaming Online

Europe’s largest gaming TV network, the Poker Channel, announced today that it would be feeding a live stream from its Sky channel direct to online viewers at

The website, which also offers viewers an extensive on-demand catalogue of tournament highlights and poker strategy, will now be screening its parent channel’s programs live from 9.30pm-4.00am every evening, allowing its visitors to watch along online free of charge.

The station has long-filled a niche in the market for quality poker programming and online viewers will no doubt be delighted with the Poker Channel’s decision to stream calendar highlights such as the World Series of Poker, Aussie Millions and World Heads-up Championship live on the site.

The entire series of the much-anticipated Cash Game Master Class – the first series of programs to tackle the ins and outs of cash game strategy – will also be available in the site’s comprehensive video archive, with the first episode of the series currently available online and further shows to follow as they are broadcast on TV.

Hundreds of other dedicated poker programs are also available from the sites dedicated video library, including the complete series of PokerHeaven European Cash Game, a new high-stakes poker show featuring last year’s World Series of Poker Main Event winner Peter Eastgate competing alongside a host of other celebrated pros.

Commercial Director for the Poker Channel, Chris White said: “We are delighted to share more top poker entertainment with millions of viewers around the world and are committed to offering free and easy access whether on TV or online.”
