Women’s European Championship betting
The UEFA Women’s European Championship is down to the final eight teams and despite England’s disappointing exit in the group stages, there’s still plenty of action to look forward to, as well of the chance of a tidy profit for astute punters.
The Women’s Euros is being held in Sweden this year and is approaching the quarter final stages. France are the favourites to take the title at 5/4 and fans of England will know all about the quality of the side, as they dumped the Three Lions out of the competition on their way to topping their group.
Just like the men’s game, Germany are always a decent team at the highest level and odds of 9/4 reflect their strength. The hosts Sweden will also be desperate to stop the trophy disappearing to foreign shores after the end of the tournament. They come in at 3/1.
Other contenders include Norway at 8/1, Spain at 25/1, and Denmark at 33/1. The rank outsiders at this point are Italy, who are backed at 50/1. The final takes place in Stockholm on 28 July.
