£6m lottery prize remains unclaimed
A lottery jackpot winner in Wales is yet to collect their £6m prize.
The winning ticket for the draw, which produced a rollover jackpot of £6,053,028, was purchased in Rhondda Cynon Taf on 29 June.
The winner has until Boxing Day to claim the cash or it will go to the National Lottery Good Causes fund.
A National Lottery spokesperson said the operators were “desperate” to find the lucky ticket-holder.
They said: "We're urging everyone who bought a ticket in this area to check their old tickets again or look anywhere a missing ticket could be hiding.
"Try checking in the pockets of clothing, in wallets, bags and down the back of the sofa - someone out there could literally be sitting on a fortune.”
