On His Own leads Grand National betting
The Ruby Walsh ride On His Own is the favourite to win this year’s Grand National.
The 9-year-old Irish gelding is priced at 7/1 with online bookmakers Bet365 to triumph at Aintree on Saturday, ahead of 9/1 shot Seabass, ridden by Ruby’s sister Katie.
Next in the betting for the 4m 3f Handicap Chase is Colbert Station, ridden by 2010 National winner Tony McCoy.
A victor in his last two races, the 9-year-old gelding can be backed at odds of 10/1.
The legendary 40-runner contest takes place at 4.15pm on Saturday, with Bet365 promising to offer the best price on every horse running at any Aintree race being shown live on Channel 4 this weekend.
The promotion, which excludes ante-post odds, applies to all bets placed from 10am ahead of a live Channel 4 race, with the best price or joint best price matched against rival bookmakers Ladbrokes, William Hill, Paddy Power, Coral, Totesport and Boylesports.
