In-form Chelsea face struggling QPR in derby duel
Fourth plays twentieth in the Premier League tonight as Chelsea host QPR in a West London derby.
A win for Chelsea, who have two games in hand on the three sides above them, would see the Blues overtake Tottenham in third.
Rock bottom QPR, who have a game in hand on Reading above them, need a big win to leapfrog the Royals into 19th, although a victory of any description will be enough to draw them level on points with their relegation rivals.
Chelsea keeper Ross Turnbull is expected to continue in goal after coming on for the injured Petr Cech at half-time of Sunday’s game against Everton, while defender John Terry is a doubt with a knee injury.
QPR are set to be without three or four players who picked up knocks in Sunday’s defeat to Liverpool, although manager Harry Redknapp did not reveal their identities.
Midfielder Park Ji-sung has returned to training but is still expected to miss the match due to a knee problem.
The fixed-odds arm of online betting exchange Betfair make Chelsea 2/9 favourites for the match, with QPR offered at 12/1. The draw is priced at 5/1.
