Hughton leads Baggies betting
Birmingham boss Chris Hughton is favourite with most bookmakers to become the new West Brom manager.
The role will become vacant when current incumbent Roy Hodgson leaves to assume the position of England coach at the end of the season, and former Newcastle chief Hughton is offered at a best price of 3/1 to replace him at the Baggies, according to odds comparison website Oddschecker.
Ex-Charlton and West Ham manager Alan Curbishley comes next in the betting at a best price of 9/2, although one bookmaker, Bodog, have installed former Spain coach Jose Camacho as their 4/1 second favourite.
Former West Brom player Michel Appleton, boss of recently relegated Portsmouth, is offered at 8/1, ahead of ex-Sunderland manager Steve Bruce at 14/1.
West Brom currently sit tenth in the Premier League table with 46 points from 36 games and could finish anywhere between 8th and 14th this season. They play Bolton and Arsenal in their final two fixtures of the campaign.
