FA Cup betting preview: Man City v Aston Villa
Manchester City take on Aston Villa tonight in the FA Cup fifth round.
The Premier League clubs will battle it out at Eastlands for the right to face Reading in the quarter finals, after the Royals pulled off a shock away victory over Everton last night.
City are hopeful that winger David Silva and defender Micah Richards will be fit to play following injuries, although Vincent Kompany, Nigel de Jong, Adam Johnson and Shay Given are all definitely out.
Villa full-back Nathan Baker will be missing after suffering a concussion while fellow defenders Carlos Cuellar and James Collins are also out. Midfielder Jean Makoun will be missing through suspension.
Bet365 make City the 8/13 favourites for the match, with Villa offered at 5/1. The draw is priced at 11/4. Carlos Tevez is 3/1 favourite to open the scoring, followed in the betting by fellow strikers Edin Dzeko and Mario Balotelli at 9/2.
