Europa League betting preview: Liverpool v Sparta Prague & Man City v Aris Salonika
Liverpool and Manchester City are both looking to build on first leg goalless draws in the Europa League round of 32 tonight.
The Reds were held to a stalemate by Czech side Sparta Prague last time but will be looking to finish the job in the second leg at Anfield, although captain Steven Gerrard is unlikely to feature as he continues his recovery from a groin injury. Fabio Aurelio is also out while Luis Suarez is ineligible.
City drew 0-0 with Aris Salonika in the opening encounter between the sides but, like Liverpool, will be hoping that home advantage will help them progress past the Greek club tonight. Striker Mario Balotelli is available after recovering from a weekend injury but goalkeeper Shay Given and midfielders James Milner, Nigel de Jong and Adam Johnson are all out injured.
Bet365 make Liverpool the 2/5 favourites for their match, with Sparta Prague priced at 15/2. The draw is offered at 10/3. Man City are 1/5 to beat Aris Salonika, with their opponents available at 12/1 and the draw 11/2.
