Gambling odds for the sporting greats for 2007.

One of the world’s most popular online sportsbook and casinos,, has posted online odds on how many major wins two of the world’s best sportsmen, Tiger Woods and Roger Federer, will win in 2007. Woods and Federer have dominated their respective sport of the past few years. In 2006 Federer won three of four majors and Woods won two of four and with these five wins under their belts, these two friends have the sporting world at their feet.

This year the betting is 5-2 for three possible outcomes: that Woods and Federer together will win either 3, or 4, or 5 majors. However, there are massive odds of 100-1 that Woods and Federer will make a clean sweep and win all four majors in their respective sports.

In 2006, Federer lost only five of his ninety-two matches and also became the first man to win 10 or more singles in three consecutive years. Odds makers have listed Federer as a 5-1 bet to sweep the Grand Slam tournaments in 2007 and 3-2 bet to win three Grand Slams for the second consecutive year.

Woods lost his father to cancer and for the first time in a major, he missed the cut at the US Open, he made an incredible comeback and put together one of his best years on the PGA Tour. Woods' two majors in 2006 only complimented his six consecutive tournament wins to close out the season. Despite last year's magic, Woods is only expected to pull off one major with top odds of 3-2, and he is a 15-1 bet to win all four majors in 2007.
