Full Tilt Poker sign up Peter Jetten

10/1/2011
Peter Jetten, 25, a Canadian popular high-stakes cash-game player has been welcomed by the Full Tilt Poker family with open arms.

Jetten has gathered $1,842,599 in live tournament winnings as well as $652,236 from online poker tournaments although his winnings are rumoured to be much higher especially if you consider his success in cash games.

“I`m very excited to be with Full Tilt. I`ve always liked them. They are a very reputable site so I`m proud to represent them,” commented Jetten on the signing.

Jetten burst on the scene back in 2004 when he made two cashes in freeroll tournaments for a combined $75. As they say the rest is history as he ended up finishing the year with $100,000 profit without looking back.

Up until now Jetten has been through twenty live poker tournaments, reaching the final table in six of them. His biggest pay off has been during the 2008 European Poker Championships where he finished fourth and received a payday of £189,000.

Rumours are circling around that Full Tilt Poker will be making another major announcement in a few weeks regarding Phil Hellmuth who they met with to discuss a sponsorship deal.

Jetten tweeted his appreciation for his supporters by saying: “Thank you everyone for the nice messages about the full tilt deal.”
