Dancing On Ice brings a host of betting opportunities
The start of the new year marks the start of another celebrity-based reality TV show, with Dancing On Ice the first of many to kick off the next 12 months with.
For those who are forced to watch the show with their other halves, there are a few silver linings, the best of which being that the odds have been announced and there are plenty of bets to be made on the outcome of the results of the show. Whether you want to bet on who will be eliminated each week, or who will be the outright winner, there are many betting opportunities to take advantage of.
EastEnders actor Sam Attwater is the early favourite to lift the trophy, with odds of 5/2 from Paddy Power, while TV presenter Laura Hamilton is the best-priced girl at 3/1. On the other end of the skating spectrum, Angela Rippon and Jeff Brazier are hotly tipped to be the first to go in a double elimination this Sunday, with William Hill offering Rippon at odds of 6/4 and Brazier 5/2.
And if the betting wasn’t enough to warrant sacrificing a couple of hours on Sunday night, Holly Willoughby is back, and there is some good eye candy to look out for too, like Jennifer Metcalfe and the newly svelte-looking Kerry Katona, who is sure to grab a headline or two during her time on the show.
