Online Betting company Unibet Signs Up to Jadestone Network
Malta-based online gambling firm Unibet.com have announced an agreement with Sweden’s Jadestone Networks to bring online backgammon and dice games to their customers.
Unibet revealed yesterday that they will be the latest gambling client to add Jadestone’s GamArena and DiceArena platforms to their roster of games, meaning that fans of online backgammon can now enjoy their favourite pastime on the site.
Jadestone’s backgammon network is a relatively new operation, having only launched last June, but it has since become the fastest growing network in Europe in terms of player liquidity and Unibet now join the company’s other partners Bwin, Nordicbet, Betoto and PAF in signing a distribution agreement for their popular software.
The game of backgammon has enjoyed a recent surge in popularity on the Jadestone network following the World Series of Backgammon’s official endorsement of their product and the company’s general manager, Tobias Nissen, expects the game’s fan-base to grow even further now that Unibet have agreed to offer it to their customers.
“We already know that backgammon is a highly popular game with our existing network partners,” explained Nissen. “With Unibet now on board we aim to grow our online backgammon base significantly and continue to lead the market. With Betfair joining in the first half of next year, we really will be the biggest backgammon game in town.”
