Las Vegas Gambler Bob Stupak dies aged 67
Bob Stupak, often known as Mr Las Vegas, has died after battling with leukaemia at 67.
Stupak life saw him appear on a number of poker shows such as High Stakes Poker, winning a WSOP bracelet, cashing in the WPT and racking up over $865,000 in his poker career. He even changed the Vegas skyline with the launch of “Bob Stupak’s Vegas World” in the 1970’s.
Stupak nearly died in 1995 after a horrific motorbike accident which left him in a coma and broke several bones in his face however miraculously he went on to make a full recovery from the injuries.
Bob was one of the first to make insane prop bets popular among the gambling elite after apparently laying down a cool $1 million on the 1989 Superbowl – and he won!
