Australia New Zealand Poker Tour (ANZPT) won by Scott Kerr

Twenty-one year old Scott Kerr has taken down the first PokerStars Australia New Zealand Poker Tour in Queenstown.

Scott Kerr, who qualified for the tournament online at PokerStars took down $168,075 Australian dollars. Kerr is a poker dealer from New Castle in New South Wales.

Heads-up was between the Aussie, Kerr and Kiwi Phillip Willcocks. The final hand came with AQ in Kerr’s hand and QJ in Willcocks, the flop, turn nor river provided any help for either player which saw Kerr take down the tournament.

The event was the last in the ANZPT’s first season.
