Face the Ace Poker show to air on NBC this Saturday

If you can’t get enough of poker on TV get ready for the brand new poker show set to air this Saturday on NBC.

“Face the Ace” is a seven episode series hosted by Steve Schrripa from The Sopranos and co-hosting comes from poker commentator Ali Nejad. The first episode will air on Saturday 1st August at 9pm ET.

The format of the show will see four Full Tilt Poker Pros hidden behind screens and have members of the poker playing public chose one to go heads-up against. If a contestant is able to default one of the pros they can take home a prize of $40,000 or take on another pro for a chance at $200,000. A third win will bag the contestant $1 million.

Face the Ace has an array of top quality poker stars ready to crush the dreams of poker amateurs including Phil Ivey, John Juanda, Mike Matusow, Patrik Antonius and Chris Ferguson.
