Las Vegas Gaming Inc is warned by Nevada gambling regulator
Gambling regulators in Nevada, USA have warned Las Vegas Gaming Inc. that they are not meeting a number of regulations including doing background checks on their employees.
Las Vegas Gaming Inc is a bingo and slot machine software developer which operates in 12 states and 38 Indian reservations.
Dennis Neilander of the Nevada Gaming Board has said that he is at the end of his tether and this is the last chance the company has to clean up their act. The comments were made during a license hearing for CEO Jon Berkley.
Berkley said the company has already begun making changes to complie with the requests from the Nevada Gambling regulators.
