Paddy Power are giving poker players the chance to win a package to this year’s Irish Open.
A Main Event Mega Satellite this Sunday will give away 30 packages to the popular tournament, each of which is worth €3,200.
Each of the packages offers a €2,000 + €250 buy-in to the Irish Open main event on Friday 29 March – Monday 1 April, €395 for five nights accommodation and breakfast at the Burlington Hotel in Dublin from March 28 to April 2, €525 for flights and spending, and €30 for handling fees.
The €235 + €15 satellite takes place on 10 March at 8pm CET (7pm GMT), while daily feeders are being held on Paddy Power at 10:50, 16:50, 19:15, 21:00, and 23:15 CET, with buy-ins ranging from €8.80 to €41.80.
There are also four Stage 1 Sit ‘N’ Go Feeder Satellites taking place every day, with buy-ins of €15.40, €30.80, €68.75 and €131.25, each one of which guarantees one seat to the Mega Satellite.
Meanwhile the starting stack for this year’s Irish Open Main Event has been increased from 20,000 to 30,000 chips.
A Paddy Power spokesperson said: “Our annual Mega Satellite is one of the most anticipated online tournaments of the year as players ramp up their attempts to grab an Irish Open seat at a fraction of its actual cost.
“With 30 packages guaranteed this year it’s a sure-fire way of getting value and taking a shot at your spot in one of Europe’s most fun yet prestigious tournaments. And with the starting stack growing from 20,000 to 30,000 chips it’s now one of the best structured games in Europe and one every player wants to play.”
