On 10 October 2009, we were the only bookmaker to show the Ukraine v England World Cup qualifier to a UK audience. Having successfully retained your award from last year, what steps will Bet365 be taking to make it hat-trick in 2010?
We will just keep working hard to ensure that that we meet the demands of our customers – any awards that we receive along the way are just a nice bonus.
